Starting Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission
First-Year OTE: £40,000+

What You’ll Be Doing*Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates within Data & Analytics
*Building relationships with clients across tech, digital and data-driven sectors
*Managing the recruitment process from search to placement
*Preparing candidates for interviews and negotiating offers
*Growing your market knowledge to become a true specialist

*Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
*Degree preferred but not essential
*Sales or commercial experience is a bonus
