Private Client Solicitor - 3-5 PQE Location: Leicester
Salary: £40,000-£60,000
Working Pattern: Hybrid Available
Hours: Full Time
The Role We’re seeking a capable and ambitious Private Client Solicitor (3-5 PQE) to join a respected and supportive team in Leicester. You’ll handle a varied caseload across all core private client areas, with valuable exposure to trusts work. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to deepen their expertise and take on more responsibility within a growing department. Hybrid working is available.
Key Responsibilities * Managing a caseload including:
* Wills
* Probate & estate administration
* LPAs
* Tax & estate planning
* Trust creation, management, and administration
* Providing sensitive, thorough, and practical client advice
* Supporting senior colleagues on more complex and high-value matters
* Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development
* Ensuring full compliance with regulatory and firm procedures
About You * Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3-5 years’ PQE in private client
* Experience with trusts, or a strong interest in developing this area further
* Strong technical knowledge and the ability to work with autonomy
* Excellent communication and client-focused approach
* Positive, proactive attitude and strong team ethic
* STEP qualification (or progress toward it) is a plus, not essential
