Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Class Teacher to join our specialist setting, supporting pupils aged 3–19 with severe or profound learning difficulties and complex needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise in special education within a supportive environment that offers a comprehensive induction and ongoing professional development, including tailored support for Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
Day-to-day of the role:
*Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons that inspire and engage learners.
*Lead a class team and work collaboratively with other professionals to enhance educational outcomes.
*Help pupils develop key life skills such as communication, confidence, independence, and self-esteem.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Positive attitude and strong emotional resilience.
*Passion for improving outcomes for children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
*Demonstrates excellent organisational skills and reflective practice.
*Relevant teaching experience and the ability to adapt to individual needs.
