Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per year
Bonus: Quarterly bonus up to 25% of monthly salary + Annual bonus up to 100% of monthly salary

What You’ll Do
As an Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
*Leading and developing a large operational team (minimum 100+ staff) through Shift Managers and Team Leaders.
*Ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operations within your department.
*Driving workflow optimization, resource planning, and budget adherence.
*Implementing new processes and improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.
*Maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and health & safety.
What We’re Looking For
*Experience: Several years in warehouse or distribution center management, ideally within e-commerce.
*Leadership: Strong people management skills with experience leading large teams.
*Expertise: Solid understanding of warehousing, logistics, and quality management processes.
*Tech-Savvy: Proficient in WMS, ERP systems, and operational reporting tools.
*Strategic Mindset: Ability to plan, allocate resources, and optimize costs in a fast-paced environment.
