Job description
Our Client has been helping people buy, sell, let and rent property in South Oxfordshire since 2007. Due to their rapid growth and success, they are now looking for another accomplished agent to operate in and around OX10 & OX11.
What you will be doing;
*Booking viewings, generating offers and negotiating sales.
*Working both in and out of the branch.
*Showing potential buyers around our client’s properties.
*Learning the selling points of all of our client’s homes.
*Managing and prioritising an ever changing workload.
*Servicing and maximising client enquiries, both face to face and on the phone.
*Selling the other services associated with property sales.
What you will need to bring;
*Great communication skills both written and verbal.
*A love of dealing with and helping all types of people.
*The ability to multi-task, prioritise and produce results under pressure.
*Good understanding of basic I.T.
*A sense of humour, people skills and the ability to work well in a team.
*Must live locally to Wallingford or Didcot and have a basic understanding of local geography.
*Driving licence and own transport.
