What We’re Looking For*A qualified Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or experienced TA ready to take the next step
*Ability to deliver engaging lessons and support across KS1 and KS2
*Confidence to lead classes in the teacher’s absence
*Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for education
*Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
