Role: High-Net-Worth Account Handler
Salary: Up to £40,000
Location: Bedford
Working Arrangement: (Hybrid: 2 Days WFH)

They’re now seeking a High-Net-Worth Account Handler to join their growing team and support a seasoned Account Executive in delivering bespoke solutions to an elite client group.

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
As the new HNW Account Handler, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Account Executive and nurturing long-term relationships with high-value clients. Expect a balance of responsibility, client interaction, technical insurance work, and collaborative problem-solving.
Your core responsibilities will include:
*Managing a portfolio of prestigious personal and property insurance clients, ensuring their needs are understood and met with sensitivity and professionalism.
*Handling new business enquiries, gathering information, preparing documents, liaising with insurers, and helping to create competitive, tailored solutions.
*Completing mid-term adjustments (MTAs) quickly and accurately, ensuring coverage always reflects clients’ evolving lifestyles and asset portfolios.
*Owning the renewal process, preparing terms, negotiating with insurers, communicating options, and delivering a smooth, seamless client experience.
*Maintaining high standards of compliance, documentation, and accuracy across every conversation and transaction.
*Acting as a trusted support to the Account Executive, enabling them to focus on developing relationships and generating new opportunities.
*Delivering a level of service that feels personal, premium, and perfectly aligned with high-net-worth expectations.
What You’ll Be Handling
You’ll work on a refined portfolio of high-value personal and property insurance products, including:
*Motor – including prestige, luxury, and performance vehicles
*High-Net-Worth Home – high-value homes, contents, valuables, and collections
*Personal Fleet / Car Collections – multi-vehicle policies for enthusiasts and collectors, Property Owners & Landlord Policies – residential and investment properties
This mix ensures every day offers new challenges, client stories, and interesting risks to work with.
