Key Account Manager / Territory Manager
Location: Remote / Southeast
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £40,000 OTE £80k
A leading provider of innovative software solutions in the AEC and manufacturing sectors is seeking a Key Account Manager / Territory Manager, to foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction with a comprehensive portfolio of products and services.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
*Act as the main contact for customers, building strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction through regular check-ins.
*Proactively manage contract expirations, secure renewals, and reduce churn by demonstrating value.
*Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, promote new products, and collaborate with engagement teams to drive expansion
*Support effective solution use through training sessions, webinars, and best-practice guidance.
*Encourage referrals, monitor satisfaction, and share insights internally to improve offerings.
*Track engagement, forecast renewals, and analyze trends using CRM tools to enhance customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven track record in sales, ideally within the software industry, focusing on business development.
*Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility.
*Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to deliver persuasive presentations.
*Proficient in using CRM tools and sales analytics.
*Analytical mindset with a clear customer-centric approach.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
