What you’ll do as Head of Commercial Finance & Operations:
Own Finance Operations end-to-end (AP, AR, payroll, treasury).
Manage banking/funding relationships and cash flow.
Oversee compliance, legal and operational efficiency and risk.
Empower a small team and implement scalable processes.
Work with the CEO to deliver growth plans (including legal structures, compliance etc)
Weekly and monthly reporting cycles
What we’re looking for:
*ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
*Experience leading Finance and Operations in a multinational business or within a fast-growing company.
*Proven experience scaling finance operations while maintaining compliance and controls
*Strong understanding of payroll, credit control and margin management
*Exceptional organisation, commercial awareness and accountability
*The ability to lead and empower a team, encourage growth and development in Junior members.
