Finance Manager – Hospitality Group (UK)
Location: London, UK

About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Finance Manager to lead finance for our growing UK hospitality group. This is a standalone role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being involved in operations, reporting, and strategy. You’ll work closely with our outsourced accounting firm, UK leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
*Oversee financial management and reporting, including monthly accounts and variance analysis
*Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports
*Manage treasury, banking, and intercompany payments
*Monitor costs and drive profitability across operations
*Ensure compliance with VAT, PAYE, and corporate tax regulations
*Liaise with auditors and implement recommendations
*Support strategic decisions on expansion and investments
Requirements
*ACCA or CIMA qualified, part qualified or PQE with 3+ years in a similar finance role
*Strong in reporting, budgeting, compliance
*Excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and adaptable
*Comfortable working at both operational and strategic levels
