Administrator
Location: Doncaster
Salary: c£28,000
Hours: 8am-4pm
Elevation Recruitment Group’s Business Support division are working with a leading distribution business in Doncaster as they look to bring an experienced Administrator into their Operations team.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, keep things organised without breaking a sweat, and communicate well across busy teams - this one’s worth your attention.
You’ll sit at the heart of the operation, keeping workflows smooth and accuracy high. Your responsibilities will cover:
*Day-to-day admin support for the Operations and Shift Managers
*Maintaining records, reports, and operational data
*Supporting projects, data tasks, filing, correspondence, and general office duties
*Managing office supplies and ensuring the office runs efficiently
*Processing accurate invoices in partnership with Finance
*Managing PODs and keeping documentation organised and up-to-date
*Tracking consignment statuses
*Allocating stock accurately and working closely with the warehouse teams
*Supporting compliance and logging/reporting any incidents
You’ll work with:
Operations Manager | Shift Managers | Transport Planning | Stock & Inventory | Warehouse Teams | Procurement | Finance | Sales | Customers | Transport Providers
Key Skills & Experience required:
*Admin experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment
*Confident using Microsoft Office and warehouse systems
*Clear, confident communicator with solid customer service experience
*Can keep up with a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
