As the Property Manager, you will be overseeing a portfolio of approximately 100 properties within Chelsea, South Kensington & Kensington. Personal specification:
*At least 2 years’ experience within a residential property management role
*A smart appearance and professional approach
*Excellent communication skills
*Customer-focused with commitment to maintaining excellent service standards at all times
*Team player
*Possess a composed manner in order to be able to work under pressure and problem solving
*Organised and systematic – ability to prioritise workloads
*Ability to meet deadlines
*An understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of discretion
*Accuracy and attention to detail
*Specified processes and routines, work to a fast-paced environment
*Good working knowledge of IT systems
*Full UK driving licence would be beneficial but is not essential.
The salary for this role will be in the region of £32,000 to £40,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch. After working for the company for one year, you will have the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.
