Job Description:
We are recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor for our client based in Milton Keynes.
We’re looking for an experienced and driven Warehouse Shift Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced operations team.
In this role, you will take responsibility for leading a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring all daily tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest company standards.

Key Responsibilities::
*Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including goods-in, picking, packing, and dispatch
*Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives
*Ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations
*Monitor productivity, quality, and performance targets
*Conduct shift handovers and maintain clear communication across departments
*Assist with training new staff and support ongoing team development
*Manage inventory accuracy and assist with stock control activities
*Resolve issues quickly and effectively to maintain smooth warehouse operations
About You:
*Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
*Solid understanding of warehouse processes and safety procedures
*Confident using warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic IT programs
*Positive attitude with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

*07:00 - 15:30 (including 30 min unpaid break) - Includes a Saturday
