Role: Account Manager
Location: Southampton (Hybrid Working)
Hours: Monday to Friday (Full Time)
Salary: £27,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
*Act as the main point of contact for account queries and support
*Understand client needs and provide strategic solutions
*Monitor account performance and identify growth opportunities
*Prepare reports and present insights to clients and stakeholders
Person Specification
*Proven experience in account management or customer service
*Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
*Proficiency in Microsoft Packages
*Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
