We’re seeking a confident, relationship-driven professional who can blend quality assurance, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement into one high-impact role.
? What You’ll Do
You’ll be the driving force behind a high-performing training provider network. Your work will ensure providers deliver consistently high-quality training that meets the needs of employers across the UK.
Your key responsibilities include:
*Leading and refining the approval process for providers, trainers, examiners, facilities, and courses.
*Guiding new providers through onboarding with clarity, confidence, and pace.
*Using data and insight to spot gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
*Strengthening the provider network to ensure the right capability and geographic coverage.
*Raising delivery standards through coaching, collaboration, and improved SOPs.
*Championing provider satisfaction through structured engagement, forums, and monthly drop-ins.
*Ensuring provider information is accurate across internal systems.
*Leading the Product Administration and Customer Support teams to deliver fast, transparent service.
