We are seeking a dedicated Criminal Paralegal to join a reputable law firm in Oldham. This role is ideal for someone passionate about criminal law and looking to advance their career within a supportive and dynamic team environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide comprehensive support to a Criminal Solicitor on a range of criminal cases.
*Prepare legal documents, case files, and correspondence to ensure smooth case progression.
*Liaise with clients, courts, and other legal professionals to maintain strong communication and case coordination.
*Manage case progression efficiently using case management systems, with a preference for candidates experienced in LEAP.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in criminal law is essential.
*Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
*Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
*Experience with case management systems; specific experience with LEAP is highly desirable.
