What you’ll do:
*Drive adoption and optimisation of cloud accounting tools (Xero, Dext, Fathom, etc.)
*Act as a subject matter expert for finance technology, supporting internal teams and clients.
*Translate client needs into practical cloud accounting solutions and workflows.
*Support clients with transforming their finance systems and processes.
*Assist with strategic initiatives and act as deputy to the Head of Digital Finance.
What we’re looking for:
*Proven experience in change management and digital transformation.
*Hands-on experience with Xero, Dext, and Fathom.
*Relevant cloud accounting certifications.
*ACCA qualification or part-qualified (beneficial).
