*Oversee payroll delivery for employees in London and Dublin, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
*Act as a go-to expert for payroll processes and systems, providing guidance and troubleshooting when needed.
*Monitor and maintain compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
*Partner with policy and process owners to ensure systems and procedures meet legislative standards.
*Contribute to projects aimed at enhancing payroll services, including process optimization and system upgrades.
Profile
A successful Payroll Assistant should have:
*Previous experience in payroll processing for UK and Ireland within the financial services industry.
*Knowledge of payroll systems and relevant software - ideally SDWorx.
*Understanding of tax regulations and statutory deductions.
*Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
*Excellent communication skills for handling payroll queries.
*A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
Job Offer
*£190 - £250 per day PAYE.
*2/3 days per week in the office.
*A temporary role offering valuable experience in the financial services industry.
