Digital Marketing Manager – B2B Events
Central London (Hybrid, 2 days in office) + Travel
Salary up to £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits
A growing B2B events and content business is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of cross-channel performance, drive digital transformation, and elevate marketing across a portfolio of global B2B events.
This role is perfect for a digital marketer from an agency or B2B events background looking for more responsibility, autonomy, and impact. You’ll work across multiple industries, mentor a Digital Marketing Executive, and have the freedom to test, learn, and innovate every day.
What You’ll Do
*Work with a talented team of event marketers who are driven, enthusiastic and creative.
*Own PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, improving ROAS and testing new formats.
*Lead SEO strategy, including technical audits, content optimisation, and rankings.
*Optimise websites and UX across multiple event sites (WordPress/Elementor/ACF).
*Drive CRO, landing page improvements, and data-driven targeting.
*Implement digital transformation projects, new tools, and AI workflows.
*Mentor a Digital Marketing Executive, ensuring quality and best practices.
*Report on campaign and website performance, providing actionable insights.
What We’re Looking For
*2+ years’ experience in B2B digital marketing: PPC, SEO, CRO, performance marketing (agency or B2B events preferred).
*Confident with GA4, SEMrush, WordPress, and ad platform optimisation.
*Proactive problem-solver with a test-and-learn mindset.
*Creative, with copywriting skills; design/video skills a plus.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Experience mentoring junior team members and standardising processes.
