We’re looking for a hands-on Transport FLM to lead drivers and admin teams, ensuring safety, compliance, and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
*Plan routes and daily drops
*Monitor driver hours and legal compliance
*Liaise with warehouse for accurate, timely loading
*Drive cost control and continuous improvement
*Lead and engage your team to hit KPIs
About You:
*Experience in transport planning and operations
*Knowledge of transport legislation and driver hours
*Familiar with digital transport systems (Microlise, Paragon, etc.)
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*Transport Manager CPC (desirable)
