EXECUTIVE RESEARCHER
A values-led executive search firm, specialising in leadership appointments across education, healthcare, and the public sector, is seeking a Researcher to join their high-performing and collaborative team. EXECUTIVE RESEARCHER ROLE:
*Formulating market mapping criteria for leadership-level search assignments, identifying target organisations and candidates through desk research and telephone sourcing
*Approaching and engaging potential candidates professionally, conducting briefings, and assessing suitability against key role criteria
*Building and maintaining strong professional networks to cultivate effective sources of candidate referrals and develop future talent pipelines
*Creating detailed candidate briefing packs and supporting the design of engaging recruitment marketing campaigns
*Managing search project plans efficiently to ensure timely delivery and effective coordination with project leads and stakeholders
*Conducting in-depth research using LinkedIn, professional memberships, and the company CRM to gather relevant market intelligence
*Reporting on research progress and providing timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders
*Acting as a database champion, promoting best practices in CRM use to strengthen data quality and team collaboration
*Gathering and analysing market intelligence to support business development initiatives and bid preparation
*Demonstrating strong teamwork and alignment with the companies core values in all aspects of work
EXECUTIVE RESEARCHER ESSENTIALS:
*Must have previous research or candidate management experience within a recruitment environment
*Demonstrating alignment with the values and culture as One Team, contributing to the firm’s growth and reputation for world-class delivery
*Delivering research and intelligence services with consistency, transparency, and adherence to professional and ethical standards
*Taking full responsibility for project delivery with flexibility, creativity, and dedication to achieving the best client results
*Applying multiple research methodologies to interpret and evaluate data logically, forming sound, evidence-based conclusions
*Quickly mastering recruitment systems, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and confident using digital platforms such as LinkedIn and other research databases
