Family Solicitor – Leeds
A rare and exciting opportunity has opened to join one of Yorkshire’s top law firms, recognised in the Legal 500 for its exceptional expertise in Family and Child Care Law.
Following the retirement of a senior Partner, the firm is seeking a Child Care Solicitor or Partner-level lawyer to join its highly regarded and long-established Child Law team.

About the Role:
You will manage a full caseload of Child Care Law matters, including cases involving care orders, supervision orders, emergency protection orders and other public law proceedings. Strong advocacy experience and familiarity with Children Panel matters are highly advantageous.
Working within a supportive team of specialist Solicitors, Paralegals and Support staff, you will provide high-quality advice and representation in complex and sensitive situations.
About You:
*Solicitor or CILEX-qualified Fee Earner
*Ideally Children Panel accredited or progressing towards accreditation
*Solid experience in Child Care and Public Law Children matters
*Confident advocate with excellent client care and communication skills
*A collaborative team player
*Applications are encouraged from both Senior Practitioners and more Junior Solicitors with strong child care law experience
