Primary Teacher Location: Liverpool (L15)
Contract: Part-Time or Full-Time (flexible for the right candidate)
Are you a compassionate and experienced Primary Teacher with a passion for supporting children with complex needs? Our small, specialist setting in the L15 area is seeking a dedicated educator to lead learning in very small classes, primarily across EYFS and KS1, with a high level of SEND.
About the Role: * Teach and nurture pupils with high levels of SEND, including autism, sensory processing needs, and developmental delays
* Deliver creative, play-based learning tailored to individual needs
* Work closely with a skilled team of support staff and therapists
* Foster emotional regulation, communication, and independence in a safe, structured environment
What We’re Looking For: * Qualified Primary Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
* Proven experience working with complex SEND, especially in EYFS and KS1
* Strong understanding of early childhood development and inclusive teaching strategies
* Calm, patient, and resilient approach to behaviour and emotional needs
* Ability to work collaboratively and adaptively within a small team
