About the Role
You will work closely with experienced Business Managers to learn about their services and how they deliver projects for clients. This is an exciting chance to gain hands-on experience and grow into a client-facing sales role.
Benefits:
*Salary £25,000
*23 days holiday plus bank holidays (Increasing to 28 after service)
*Hours: Monday – Friday 09:00 – 17:00

Support the day-to-day sales process, including:
*Work closely with Account / Business Managers to share learnings and develop business.
*Full training on how to sell products and services
*Coordinating with administration and compliance teams
*Accompany Business Managers on client site visits
*Handling contracts and deliverables
*Learn how to cost projects using their bespoke cost model
*Understand how services are sold via Government Frameworks
*Conduct research and assist with social media promotion (LinkedIn)
What We’re Looking For:
*Confidence to engage with customers and understand their requirements
*A proactive, self-motivated mindset with the ability to use your own initiative
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*A genuine passion for improving outcomes through digital solutions
*Fully proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
*A full UK driving licence
