Job Description:
A brand new role in a fast paced business managing a team.
Reporting into the Head of HR you will have responsibility for all HR operational needs.

A fast paced, rapid growing business with approx 700 heads currently with head office based in Leeds and sites across UK & Ireland.
Description
*Reporting into the Head of HR you will take responsibility for all HR operations including:
*Full employee life cycle - on boarding, off boarding, recruitment, contracts of employment
*Manage and develop a team of 2 HR Advisor’s
*Responsible for all HR processes, procedures focusing on efficiencies, process mapping and process improvement
*Manage the HR mailbox volume of work and output to the business
*Managing employee engagement survey and business communications
*Managing HR projects
*Manage the HRIS - including implementation and embedding new HRIS in 2026
Profile
*Have previously worked in a HR Operations/Shared Services capacity
*Have managed and developed a HR team
*Have been responsible for full employee life cycle, process improvement and efficiencies
*Have owned and managed HRIS
*CIPD Qualified - desirable
