Recruitment Manager - Engineering Recruitment (East Anglia)
*Location: Norwich, Cambridge or Ipswich Office (covering East Anglia region)
*Division: Engineering Recruitment
We are looking for an experienced Billing Recruitment Manager to lead and grow our Engineering recruitment offering across the East Anglia area. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a leadership role while maintaining a strong personal billing focus.
As the Billing Manager, you will:
*Take ownership of the Engineering recruitment desk across East Anglia.
*Manage and develop one existing Consultant who will report directly to you.
*Drive growth by expanding the team and building a high-performing recruitment function.
*Lead by example with your own billings, ensuring delivery of exceptional service to clients and candidates.
*Grow the engineering market and team across the East Anglia area.
