SEN / SEMH Teaching Assistant Piper Hill Specialist School – Through the Supply Register Bank Partnership
Start Date: January 2026

The Supply register is proud to be working in partnership with Prospere Trust Schools, We are looking for dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching assistants for a TA level 4 and a TA level 1 for Piper Hill Specialist School to join their team from January 2026.
Piper Hill is a highly regarded specialist provision supporting children and young people with complex learning difficulties, autism, and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. School is committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment where every pupil can thrive.
The Role * Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis
* Assisting with learning, behaviour regulation, and emotional wellbeing
* Working closely with teachers and the wider multidisciplinary team
* Helping to implement individual education and behaviour support plans
* Promoting positive relationships and engagement in learning
The Ideal Candidate * Experience working with SEN and/or SEMH pupils (school or alternative provision experience desirable)
* A calm, patient, and resilient approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
* Relevant qualifications or training are desirable but not essential
