Our client, a tour operator specialising in educational school trips, is seeking an experienced School Travel Specialist to join their team. This role is Monday-Friday and either hybrid in Nottingham or fully remote and comes with a salary of up to £40,000 DOE plus commission.

School Travel Specialist responsibilities:
*Follow up on sales leads and generate new opportunities
*Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
*Prepare costings and create bespoke quotes tailored to budgets and requirements
*Follow up quotations and close sales effectively
*Achieve personal revenue and margin sales targets
*Support and promote new product development, including travel to destinations for research
*Collaborate with the Tours Sales and Product Manager to identify new products and markets
School Travel Specialist skills required:
*Previous sales experience in the outbound school trips sector
*Strong commercial awareness and proven sales skills
*Excellent team player with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
*Ability to prioritize tasks, remain resilient, and handle pressure calmly
