Job Description:
Reed Business Support are working with a client of ours that are looking to add to their HR division.
Are you an HR Administrator looking to join an inclusive HR team within a busy, fast-paced environment?
This could be the role for you!
Hours of Work: 35 per week (Monday to Friday)
Start date: Candidates MUST be available to start this role by 5th or 12th January
Reporting to the Senior HR Assistant, the HR Administrative Assistant will-
* Provide comprehensive range of professional, effective and efficient HR administrative services and support to the Human Resources team as required.
* Be responsible for processing all reference requests including liaising with current and ex-employees and third parties, in line with Reference Policy guidelines.
* Audit the absence management recording process, running fortnightly and monthly reports and issuing appropriate correspondence to employees regarding pay.
As HR Administrative Assistant, you will have high levels of accuracy and attention to detail, together with experience of working in a fast-paced administrative role. As the role is very varied and works to tight deadlines, the successful candidate will have excellent time management skills, as well as being able to work flexibly to provide a proactive and responsive service.
Systems Skills-
* Microsoft Office system, Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet (knowledge, understanding and application of software packages with the ability to access systems and use them effectively within the office environment).
