We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our Client in a Well-Established Finance Team.


What You’ll Be Doing:
*Managing accounts and preparing financial records
*Providing administrative support to an organization’s accounts department
*Updating journals and ledgers, filing financial records and important documentation, and identifying and resolving errors in financial records
*Maintain and reconcile supplier and subcontractor accounts, including regular statement reconciliation
*Maintain supplier and subcontractor records.
*Assist with month-end procedures and audit support.


What We’re Looking For:
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal – comfortable liaising with various stakeholders
*Comfortable learning new computer systems
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
