Class 1 HGV Drivers – Immediate Start
Location: Lincolnshire
Pay Rate: £17.00 – £18.00 per hour + Night-Out Allowance (£44) + Bonuses
Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm or Permanent
Are you an experienced Class 1 HGV Driver looking for a role that offers stability, great earning potential and a family-friendly schedule? Our client is seeking 3–4 drivers to join their growing team delivering specialist products across the UK.

*Competitive hourly rate (£17–£18 per hour)

*Performance bonuses – up to £100 per month for no damage/low infringement
*Quarterly profit-based bonus (£300–£400)
*Overtime paid at time and a quarter

*24 days holiday + paid bank holidays
*Christmas shutdown (24th Dec – 5th Jan)
*Monday to Friday schedule – no weekends or bank holidays
The Role
*Deliver large plastic tanks nationwide (routes across England, Wales and occasionally Scotland)
*Drive Class 1 vehicles with flatbed trailers (up to 7m)
*Strap and secure loads safely (training provided)
*Minimum 2–3 nights out per week (sometimes more)
*Communicate with customers and confirm delivery one hour before arrival
*Work closely with planners to ensure timely and safe deliveries
Requirements
*Valid Class 1 licence (max 3 points preferred, CPC and digital tachograph required)
*Minimum 6 months HGV experience (wide-load experience highly desirable)
*Ability to manage challenging routes and rural deliveries
*Good knowledge of driver hours and WTD compliance
*Strong communication skills and reliability
