Job Description:
An exciting business critical opportunity has become available for a Sales Administration Manager for a market leading organisation who have experienced year on year growth, with that set to continue.
The role is crucial in supporting the Sales team and managing workload and conflicting priorities effectively to ensure maximum productivity, enhance customer relationships to contribute to the overall efficiency of the Sales function.
Responsibilities include:
Reviewing and maintaining pricing structures
Manage customer communications and deal with queries including pricing and freight charges
Monitoring KPI’s for sales performance
Managing global accounts and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
Lead, develop, and mentor the sales administration team, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
Attend meetings, report key sales information to the team, and ensure timely completion of action items
Support senior management with sales administration, reporting, and coordination of actions arising from meetings
Process, systems and policy improvements
The ideal candidate will have/be:
A proven track record in a similar role whereby managing conflicting priorities and working to tight deadlines is the norm
Accuracy and attention to detail
Confident and commercially astute with the ability to challenge and present ideas to peers across all levels and multiple disciplines
Excellent IT skills including Excel
Professional and articulate with excellent communication skills
