Business Development Executive
Location: Bath
Salary: £25,000 + OTE £40,000

The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident Business Development Executive to join a thriving and ambitious team. This is a fantastic opportunity offering long-term career prospects and the chance to be an integral part of the firm’s continued growth.
Key responsibilities include:
*Assisting in generating and converting quotes in a professional, timely manner
*Acting as one of the first points of contact for prospective clients
*Liaising with and updating agents under Partner supervision
*Participating in business development activities such as visiting agents, attending networking events, and helping organise firm-hosted agent events
About You
The ideal candidate will be:
*Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage both your own workload and support others
*An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
*Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
*Positive, proactive, and aligned with a "can-do" culture
*Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
*Experienced in sales or business development (preferred but not essential)
