Job Description:
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 dependent on qualification & experience
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 08:30 – 16:30 (37.5 hour week)
We are recruiting for an experienced HR generalist with experience in recruitment who can take responsibility for an end-to-end recruitment process.
You’ll be joining a collaborative HR team committed to supporting staff and goals of transforming educational support for young people with co-occurring neurodiversity and mental health needs by putting individual well-being at the heart of learning.
Role Responsibilities:
*Manage end-to-end recruitment campaigns from sourcing to job offer.
*Build positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
*Post approved vacancies on appropriate platforms.
*Promote roles through community channels, job fairs, and sector-specific forums.
*Coordinate fair, criteria-based shortlisting with hiring leads and support with inclusive interview design and interview scheduling with candidates, hiring leads and hiring panels as appropriate.
*Provide managers with recruitment documentation and guidance aligned with best practices, including interview packs.
*Maintain accurate records of checks, references, and declarations, flagging any concerns appropriately.

Role Requirements:
*Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), HRIS, and recruitment analytics (Essential)
*CIPD Level 3
*Previous background in Education environment preferred
