Job Description:
Role: AI Lead
Location: London
Salary: £100,000
Flexible working: 2/3 days a week in the office
A leading consultancy is looking for an AI Lead to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact projects while building and leading a team from the ground up.
Key Skills/Experience:
*Experience with LLMs, generative AI models, and RAG pipelines.
*Frameworks: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, and open-source models
*Agentic AI, Langgraph, Crew AI, Autogen
*Python Development (Hands-on coding)
*Must have deployed AI applications on cloud. (Azure/GCP/AWS)
*Team Lead experience
*Insurance/Financial services experience would be advantageous
