As a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the professional services industry, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and delivering top talent to support business goals. This role will support a number of offices across the South and requires frequent travel 3 days per week (2 days per week from home). Description
The Talent Acquisition specialist will:
*Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interviews.
*Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
*Utilise various sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
*Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
*Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
*Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to the Human Resources team.
*Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
*Stay informed on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Profile
A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist should have:
*Proven experience in recruitment within the professional services industry.
*Ability to travel to sites across the South - ideally by car, but public transport will be considered.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
*Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
*Advanced Excel skills (including knowledge of Pivot Tables) to maintain trackers.
