Our Big 4 client is searching for an experienced and passionate Senior Advisor/Assistant Manager to join their UK&I Global Mobility team. This is your opportunity to work on a global scale, advising businesses and individuals on navigating the intricate world of international tax and mobility challenges.
Key Responsibilities
*Serve as a trusted advisor, providing expertise on tax advisory and global mobility matters.
*Lead presentations and client briefings with confidence.
*Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to resolve complex queries.
*Oversee project execution, ensuring tax technical accuracy and practical business solutions.
*Keep clients informed about legislative changes and their impact on operations.
*Assist in securing new business by fostering strong client relationships and exploring opportunities.
*Mentor and guide junior team members, promoting knowledge-sharing within the teams
*Manage financial performance and billing effectively.
Skills and Expertise
*Proven experience in expatriate tax advisory.
*Excellent tax technical knowledge.
*Strong problem-solving skills paired with a commercial mindset.
*Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
*Capable of working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
*A collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic environments.
