Job Description:
Marks Sattin is delighted to be working with a high-profile UK organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner for their Doncaster office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, forward-thinking business and play a key role in driving performance and shaping strategic decisions.
About the Role As Finance Business Partner, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business, providing insight and challenge to optimise decision-making. This is a highly commercial role, combining financial analysis with strategic input to support both short-term performance and long-term growth.
Key responsibilities include:
*Acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders, building strong relationships and influencing decisions.
*Reviewing and analysing financial performance, identifying opportunities for improvement.
*Leading on budgeting and forecasting, ensuring robust and agile financial plans.
*Preparing financial models and developing business cases to drive performance.
*Supporting continual improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
*Deputising for the Senior Finance Business Partner when required.
About You *ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified with 2+ years PQE.
*Proven experience in business partnering within a commercial environment.
*Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
*Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage non-financial stakeholders.
*Commercially astute, proactive, and comfortable working to tight deadlines.
