What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in an HR Director or senior HR leadership role
*Experience in a people focused organisation such as charity or care
*Ability to balance strategic and operational priorities
*Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
*MCIPD qualification (preferred)
*Full UK driving licence (essential)
