*Matching, batching and coding everything that lands in your queue.
*Handling supplier queries in a way that keeps relationships intact.
*Reconciling supplier statements and spotting issues before they snowball.
*Supporting month end with clean, reliable purchase ledger data.
*Jumping in where needed across the wider transactional finance team.
What you’ll need
*Solid experience working in a purchase ledger environment.
*Confidence dealing with suppliers and chasing information where needed.
*Accuracy in your work, even when the pace picks up.
*A calm, organised approach to handling volume.
*Experience with accounting systems and Excel.
*The ability to start quickly and slot into an established team.
