Location: Crawley
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM | Friday 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
*Monitor and respond to emails/ticketing system for urgent tickets
*Windows 10 & 11 troubleshooting
*Desktop support and password resets
*Handle IT helpdesk queries
*Check RMM for updates and unhealthy devices; approve updates and reboot as needed
*Liaise with HR for new starters and ensure email accounts are active
*Active Directory management
*Printer troubleshooting
