Description
*Oversee and manage credit control processes effectively and efficiently.
*Chasing overdue invoices.
*Ensure timely collection of outstanding debts while maintaining positive client relationships.
*Monitor and assess customer accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
*Prepare and distribute invoices and statements to clients as needed.
*Cash allocation.
*Collaborate with internal teams to streamline credit and collections processes.
*Provide accurate reports and updates on accounts receivable status to management.
*Implement and adhere to company credit policies and procedures.
*Assist in resolving payment issues and disputes in a professional manner.
Profile
A successful Interim Credit Control professional should have:
*Proven experience in credit control.
*Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
*Proficiency in relevant financial software and systems.
*Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
Job Offer
*Salary between £27,000 to £29,000.
