Mandarin-Speaking New Homes Sales Negotiator – Leading UK Developer
Location: London
Basic Salary: £28,000–£32,000
OTE: £55,000–£70,000
Full-Time | Permanent
An established and highly reputable UK housebuilder is seeking a Mandarin-speaking New Homes Sales Negotiator to join their expanding London sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent high-quality developments, working with both domestic and international buyers in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and greet prospective buyers, providing an exceptional showroom experience
• Present the development, available plots, pricing, and specifications confidently
• Guide purchasers through the buying journey from enquiry to completion
• Manage CRM systems, follow up leads, and maintain accurate records
• Build strong relationships with overseas and UK-based buyers
• Work towards sales targets and support wider team objectives
• Conduct site tours and attend launch events where required
About You:
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
• Experience in new homes sales or high-end property sales preferred
• Confident, polished, and able to deliver a premium customer experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven with excellent organisational ability
• Able to work weekends as part of a rota
