Pay: £95-£120 per day
Phase: KS2 (Pastoral & Behaviour Support)
About the Role A forward-thinking Lambeth primary school near Brixton is seeking an experienced SEN Learning Mentor to work across KS2, supporting pupils with SEMH needs who require help with emotional regulation, engagement, and behaviour for learning.
As a SEN Learning Mentor, you will provide targeted 1:1 and small-group support, implement behaviour strategies, and work closely with the SENCo and pastoral team. The school has a clear behaviour framework and values staff who can build strong, consistent relationships with pupils.
The Ideal Candidate The school is keen to appoint a SEN Learning Mentor who:
* Has experience supporting pupils with SEMH or behavioural needs

* Can remain calm, consistent, and solution-focused

* Is confident delivering mentoring sessions and emotional check-ins

* Works well alongside teachers and support staff

* Has experience in primary school settings
