Lettings Negotiator – South West London
Basic Salary: £22,000–£25,000
OTE: £45,000
Location: SW London
Full-Time | Permanent
An established and ambitious estate agency in South West London is seeking a confident and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a desire to build a successful career in property.
Key Responsibilities:
• Registering and qualifying new applicants
• Conducting property viewings across SW London
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Negotiating offers and progressing lets to move-in
• Working towards personal and team targets
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience at all times
About You:
• Previous lettings experience preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, motivated, and target-driven
• Well-organised with strong attention to detail
• Friendly and professional, with a passion for property
