Are you experienced in a school setting and confident managing challenging behaviour? We’re looking for a resilient and dedicated Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join our Alternative Provision in L4, supporting secondary-aged students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
What You’ll Do: * Support students with challenging behaviour in and out of class
* Work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored interventions
* Help maintain a calm and safe learning environment
* Use effective behaviour management strategies
* Build strong, trusting relationships with students
What We’re Looking For: * Experience working in a school setting (essential)
* Strong behaviour management skills
* Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping young people
* No formal qualifications required — we value your experience and attitude
