Commercial Property Solicitor – Solihull
Our client is recruiting a qualified Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team, based at the Solihull office. This role offers a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload within a friendly and collaborative working environment.
The Role:
You will undertake a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
*Sale and purchase of commercial property
*Sale of business assets
*Sale of property at auction
*Secured lending, mortgages and remortgages
*Landlord and Tenant matters, including:
*Leases and renewals
*Licences to assign, sublet and alter
*Surrenders
*Pension scheme transactions, including in specie transactions
*Land Registry applications, including first registrations and adverse possession matters
*Dealing with Section 25 notices
*Acting on behalf of management companies
About You:
*Qualified Commercial Property Lawyer
*Strong technical knowledge and a solid commercial property background
*Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
*Proactive, commercially aware and client-focused
