Job Description:
A successful engineering company who are based in the Wirral area are looking for a Project Design Engineer to join their growing team!
The successful Project Design Engineer will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish. You will be taking specifications, attending site meetings, producing 3D CAD drawings (preferably have experience with fabrications) providing quotations of work, liasing with different members of the team and also be responsible for preparing plant layout drawings. You will have experience taking projects from cradle to grave and be someone who can work well in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have project-based experience as well as CAD skills.
Project Design Engineer Requirements:
*Qualification - ideally in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or Project Management (or similar)
*Proven Project Engineering experience
*CAD Skills – Solidworks, AutoCAD
*Experience with Fabrications, Structural Steels
