Job Description:
Are you ready to influence financial strategy in a global industrial business? We’re recruiting for a talented Finance Business Partner to join a leading industrial organisation based in Wolverhampton. This role is key to driving financial performance and providing strategic insights that shape business decisions.
Key Responsibilities *Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
*Partner with operational and commercial teams to deliver actionable insights.
*Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership.
*Support strategic projects and investment decisions with robust financial modelling.
*Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
What We’re Looking For *Qualifications: CIMA or ACCA qualified
*Experience: Strong finance partnering or FP&A background, ideally in industrial or manufacturing sectors.
*Advanced analytical skills and ability to simplify complex data.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a plus.
