Conveyancing Solicitor – Redditch
Our client is looking to recruit a qualified and experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join our expanding Residential Property team at its Redditch office.
The Role:
Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to post-completion
Handle:
*Residential sales and purchases
*Remortgages and equity release transactions
*Freehold and leasehold title checks
*Transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers
*Support and assist in the training of conveyancing assistants
*Develop client relationships locally and cross-refer work where appropriate
*Ensure compliance with CQS protocols
About You:
*Qualified and experienced conveyancing fee earner
*Proven experience handling residential property matters
*Strong local knowledge of the Redditch area
*Professional, organised and client-focused
